Credit Clinic provides credit education and credit-support services which may include:
- credit education and coaching;
- intake and assessment based on information you provide;
- preparation of documentation and draft correspondence for credit-report disputes or clarification requests, based on your instructions;
- support in tracking responses and identifying next steps;
- monitoring and progress updates via meetings, webinars, telephone, email, and/or secure client portal.
Key Terms of Service (Rights, Responsibilities & Limitations)

Credit Clinic does not provide legal advice. Our services are educational and administrative support services. For legal advice, you should consult an attorney.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Credit Clinic does not guarantee deletions, approvals, specific credit score increases, or any particular outcome. Outcomes depend on third parties, the accuracy of records, and your circumstances and follow-through.

Where required, you will sign an authorization allowing Credit Clinic to prepare documentation and provide support services on your behalf. You may withdraw consent at any time; however, withdrawal may limit our ability to continue services.
4. Fees and Payments
Fees are set out in your service agreement, invoice, or pricing schedule. Unless otherwise stated, fees are payable in accordance with the terms provided at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation
Any applicable cancellation rights will be set out in your service agreement and/or required notices issued to you at onboarding. Where a statutory or contractual cooling-off period applies, it will be honoured in accordance with the terms provided.
6. Deliverables Guarantee and Refunds
Credit Clinic stands behind its service deliverables (for example: assessment, action plan, and/or documentation package as applicable to the service purchased). If Credit Clinic does not provide the agreed deliverables for the service purchased, you may request a review by emailing creditclinccl@gmail.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the deliverable due date stated in your service agreement, invoice, or client portal. Where no deliverable due date is stated, the request must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery of the final deliverable.
Refunds are not provided solely because a desired outcome was not achieved, where deliverables were provided and services were performed as agreed.
7. Communications and Marketing
Service communications (e.g., appointment confirmations, administrative updates, and case-related messages) may be sent as necessary to deliver services.
Marketing messages will be sent only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option (where available) or emailing creditclinccl@gmail.com.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data and do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing. We may share limited personal data only with vetted service providers supporting our operations, professional advisers, or where required by law.
